1. Conditions for exchanging returns

Customers need to check the status of goods and can exchange/return goods in the following cases:

  • Items are not the categories or models that you have ordered.
  • Not enough quantity or set as in the order.
  • The external situations such as packaging tearing, peeling, breakage…


  • SALE/DISCOUNT products will not be exchanged/returned in any case.
  • Customers are responsible for submitting relevant evidence to prove the above deficiencies to complete the exchanging/returning of goods.

2. Regulations about time for notification and sending back products

  • Time: within 48 hours from the date of purchasing.
  • Product delivery time: within 5 days since receiving the product.
  • Product exchange location: By post.
